1:1 Nutrition Counseling will provide you with space to explore your relationship with food, your body image and your association between body size & health. 

 

These sessions are planned to support your path towards Intuitive Eating while relying on your body's hunger and fullness cues. Meal Support may include meal plans and support with selecting meals while dining out, planning meals, preparing grocery lists and purchasing staples for your kitchen pantry.
