1:1 Nutrition Counseling will provide you with support to address your nutrition-related concerns.  These sessions are based on your unique needs and goals. 

 

This could include specific recommendations for nutrient needs, nutrient timing and supplements, behavior modifications and exploring your relationship with food & body image.

 

Meal support may include customizable meal plans that fit your unique nutritional needs, planning for off-season or travel, and assistance with grocery lists, meal planning & preparation.
